The exact genesis of Gordillo can not be accurately located by a handful of initiates. By dint of deductions and lucubration, we could estimate the official beginnings of the game somewhere in 2004.
The game really started to meet a wider audience only with version 5, launched in March 2007, considered the open beta of the game. The first open beta, because there were many others.
You will find below a list of all the official parties that have been organized since the beginning of the game. We count 71 until today. Some other unofficial parties have also taken place in a small committee, to test different things, and are not taken here (we do not necessarily know).
Among the official parties, more types of parties are to be distinguished:
The parts preceded by a V are for the most part conventional parts, which usually start in the fall and end at the beginning of the summer. They last about 9 months old, at the rhythm of 2 turns per week. They are accessible according to various formulas, most paying, but also a free, to allow new players to discover the game.
Summer parts have been created at some point to fill a vacuum that existed during the summer. They often last about 3 months, at the rhythm of 3 laps per week, and are more management and war game, but the RP remains possible. They are only accessible to donors, but for a fairly modest bet. The Ban Ki-moon part (during V 17) is also part of this vein, even if it took place rather in winter.
The sandbox parts have existed for a time as discovery parts, mainly for new players, which can participate freely, while being surrounded by some veterans players. They lasted about 4 months, at the rate of 3 rides per week, and therefore also related to the Summer parties, except that their target audience was different. Having been launched only for two years, it can be inferred that the experience has not been conclusive.

After the V 16, the classic parts did not really receive a number, but only one name. By facility, we still assigned them a number.
The next classic part, which is equivalent to the V 20, could we make a transition to new graphics, expected for a beautiful Lynette. Named V2, this new grind is apparently in closed beta. No one knows the moment when it will be considered quite successful to be delivered in pasture to players. Some images are unveiled here and there at irregular intervals, but nothing very palpable.
