Warner Bros. Games and Turtle Rock Studios released a roadmap with post-launch content plans for Back 4 Blood. The roadmap details what comes in the annual pass and what will be added free. The most important update for free is the offline campaign that will really make progress.
The Back 4 Blood Roadmap highlighted the first DLC included in the Tunnels of Terror Annual Pass, which should go out next year. Tunnels of Terror will offer new history content, playable cleaners and Ridden, a type of activity, weapons, maps and exclusive skins, with more information coming up at a later date. The annual pass includes Tunnels of Terror and two other LCS, available at a price of $39.99.
Here is all that will be free:
Offline solo mode with campaign progression
New supply lines
Mounted training area
Seasonal holiday events
New difficulty
New cooperative mode
New card type
New player and corruption cards
Melee Updates
Improvements of quality of life
Bug corrections
I left bug fixes on this list just because I think it s funny they apparently consider this content and not something they should do. I assumed that bug fixes were going to happen, but it s good to have confirmed them.
The most important change here is really offline solo mode with a real progression. I really can not believe that they have started this game with virtually no solo mode for really no reason. This should have been a functionality at launch, but better late than never, I suppose.
